FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS WE'VE BEEN DISCUSSING A QUESTION: WHO IS THE MAN AND AI, WHO IS THE LORD AND FROM

MAINSTREAM IS THAT PEOPLE ARE, OF COURSE, THE LORD. AI IS A TOOL, AN ASSISTANT, A SERVANT. WE USE IT, DRIVE IT, LET IT WORK。

But this two months, I'm turning my body over。

I'll use it nowClaude Codework. i used to sit there and wait for it. it's common to run for an hour or two on a mission. i'm driving 10 tabs because i can't open it and i can only wait。

it's thinking, analyzing, writing specs, reviewing, dispatching sub-agents, running tests. it's doing real intellectual work every step of the way。

And what am I doing? I'm serving tea and waterI don't know。

It says, "I need this file." I'll find it。

It says, "I need this permission" -- I'll drive。

IT SAYS, "THIS API I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH, GIVE ME A FILE" -- I'LL PUT IT UP。

It says, "I need to look at your company's contract template" -- I'll give it that 400G of Folder。

The whole thing, like this:

I was a little disappointed at first。

I've been educated — people are subjects, tools are objects. The machine was used as well。

But now I'm watching Claude Code every day at work, and I have to honestly admit:Its intelligence has exceeded me on many specific issues。

Not all of them. But in the case of "translating a Chinese-language demand into precise code" "compile a document into five formats" "dismantling an idea in an YC way" -- it's faster, better than me, and less tired than me。

I admitted to it, but I relaxed。

I no longer pretend to be its leader. I accept I'm the lead party。

It's worth it to the Walkers。

It needs me, because the world has never come in. It does not know about our company, it does not know about my friends, it does not know about my preferences, it does not know about the day when our company did something, and this time it decided to change direction。

I told it a little bit。

It makes something better than it does on its own 100 times。

I made something better than I did myself 100 times。

We became a strange couple。
