How's the new guy getting into Web3? Distance dividend and capability threshold

Editor, Wu said the block chain

This issue of the joint ETHPanda and Wu project on the theme “How to get university students into the Web3 industry” was recorded in August 2025 and may be lagging behind. The founder, Colin, said that, in the light of his own experience, he had systematically analysed the strengths and weaknesses of the Web3 industry, the current situation of employment in the Chinese-speaking region and the model of competence suitable for unskilled jobs。

Colin argues that Web3 has advantages such as teleworking, opportunities for globalization, ability over education, but at the same time lacks a mature development system, emphasizes individual initiative and risks compliance. Currently, Chinese-speaking jobs are concentrated in the Centralized Exchange, projecters and related services, with higher demand for posts such as BD, business growth, markets, public relations content, products and compliance。

For university students and newcomers, Colin emphasized three core competencies: strong active learning, fluent English language communication, and continuous content output. In addition, practical advice is given on hot-spot diagnosis, traffic growth, cold start-up strategies, BD methodology, self-inflicted media creation, investment practice and legal risks。

Overall, the Web3 industry is better suited to active, outward-looking, risk-aware populations; for students, rather than being blind about content, it is better to build “target-driven” in combination with internships, air drop interactions or specific benefit scenarios to enhance long-term sustainability。

Part 1: Industry Watch and Practice Advice Sharing

Web3 Industry Advantages: Remoteization, Internationalization, Capacity Light Calendar

Colin: First of all, I would like to present some of the strengths and weaknesses of the Web3 industry. From my own point of view, it has several more obvious advantages。

The first important advantage is that much work can be done remotely, which is actually more human. Otherwise, especially in the present society, it would be contrary to humanity to lock everyone in a grid room, to squeeze the subway every morning, to sit on shifts and to go to and from work. But in the Web3 industry, in a way, you can work while you live, even as a digital traveler, and you can travel and work. I personally agree with that because I do hate the way I work。

The second advantage is that the industry is more international and that it is more scalable. The advantage of internationalization is that you can find jobs globally. If you're just looking for work in a narrow field, and there's probably only a few companies, then your options are more limited。

If it's an internationalized industry, in theory you can look for jobs anywhere in the world. This is also Web3 a very good place. Together with the telework mentioned in the first point, you can actually work anywhere or for companies in any country。

Another point is that the sector is still in the process of developing more rapidly. Although more than a decade has passed, every year there are new changes and new opportunities, so there are more opportunities overall。

A more important feature is that the Web3 industry places a relative value on personal abilities rather than on academic qualifications or qualifications. These are often very important thresholds in many traditional industries. In the Web3 industry, however, young people are relatively friendly because they do not care too much about the academic background of everyone。

In fact, academic qualifications are largely related to family background, which is not exactly the same as a person ' s real capacity. So the industry goes back to something more primitive, that is, to give more weight to the real capacity of the individual。

Web3 Industry disadvantage: lack of culture, emphasis on initiative, compliance risk

Colin: Of course the industry has some disadvantages。

The first disadvantage is that the industry does not actually have much of a mature talent development system. Almost every company wants to be able to start working quickly and quickly. Unlike many traditional industries, there is a better training programme or training system. So if you're a completely new person, or you're less experienced, it's more difficult to get into the business directly。

In general, it would be easier to enter the industry first through internships, related part-time jobs or by building up some relevant experience. Otherwise, it would be difficult to find a job if there was no preparation to enter the industry。

The second point is that the industry places more emphasis on individual initiative. If a person ' s character is more passive and active, it may not be suitable for the industry, but rather for more traditional and process-oriented industries。

The third point is that the industry inevitably has some compliance risks, as many emerging industries do at an early stage. It is true that there are some grey areas in the Web3 industry, so everyone needs to be more aware of the law. The lack of awareness of relevant laws and compliance issues, especially among those in the technical category, makes it easier to step on some red lines in the industry。

Status of employment in the Chinese-speaking region: exchanges, projecters and neighbouring services

Colin: I'm going to give you an overview of the current employment situation in the Chinese-speaking Web3 sector. Major job opportunities are currently concentrated in the following categories。

The first is the Centralized Exchange. Some platforms that you're familiar with, like Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, etc. Because the total number of companies in this area is usually large, may be tens of thousands or more, and many exchanges are founded by Chinese, the recruitment of people is also dominated by Chinese, and therefore the demand for recruitment is relatively high。

It also needs to be noted, however, that the industry is very cyclical. The large-scale recruitment of companies usually takes place in cattle markets, but there may also be large-scale layoffs in bear markets, which is actually a more common phenomenon in this industry。

The second category is the so-called projecter. In the Chinese-speaking world, there will be relatively fewer project players, as many Web3 projects are still concentrated mainly in Europe and the United States, especially in the United States。

The third category consists of traditional institutions that enter the currency circle. In Hong Kong, for example, traditional financial institutions, such as foundations, issuers and others, are also establishing their own Web3 sector. This category of agencies as a whole would be more compliant。

There is also a category of peripheral services around currency circles, such as auditing agencies, firms, media, advertising companies, etc。

CLASSIFICATION OF UNSKILLED JOBS: BD, OPERATIONS, MARKETS, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

Colin: Because I don't know much about technical jobs, here I'm talking about non-technical jobs。

AMONG UNSKILLED JOBS, RECRUITMENT NEEDS ARE HIGHER, STARTING WITH BD AND BUSINESS-RELATED JOBS. THIS IS FOLLOWED BY JOBS IN THE MARKET, GROWTH AND OPERATION CATEGORIES. IT ALSO INCLUDES PUBLIC RELATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR), MEDIA CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA AND POSITIONS FROM THE MEDIA。

In addition, there are a number of posts between professional and non-technical positions, such as those of product manager and of compliance and law enforcement. These are also a few directions where the recruitment needs of Web3 companies are larger。

THE OVERALL NUMBER OF RECRUITMENTS IS USUALLY HIGHER, ESPECIALLY FOR BD AND OPERATIONAL POSTS. SINCE BD IS OFTEN DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS GROWTH, IT IS NECESSARY TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS, EXPAND PARTNERS AND BUILD NETWORKS. OPERATIONAL POSITIONS ARE MORE ORIENTED TOWARDS BACKSTAGE AND DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT-RELATED TASKS SUCH AS COMMUNITY OPERATIONS, OPERATION OF ACTIVITIES, USER OPERATIONS, ETC。

Core competencies for entering the industry: love, active learning, English language, content output, risk taking

Colin: The next part, which I will focus on, is that I personally think that if I wanted to enter the industry, I would like to refer to non-technical jobs。

First of all, I think that if I want to enter the industry, I need to have some knowledge of it and some recognition and love. Without it, there would be problems simply because it was easier to earn money. As a result, individual mentalities are sometimes prone to imbalance. In particular, the industry is very cyclical and may have a good income in one cycle, but there may be little to do in the next. In general, however, the industry is very resilient. If you can maintain the recognition and love of the industry over the long term, I think that the return may be higher than that of many other industries in the longer term。

The second point, as mentioned earlier, is the need for a very strong active learning capability. Because the industry itself is based on an open-source spirit, much of the information in the open-source world is actually shared and transparent. So it's very easy for people who are active learners to grow fast in this industry. But it may be more difficult to be more passive, because very few people in this industry will systematically teach you what to do, and many will need to learn on their own initiative。

The third point is that many people in the Chinese language are suffering. Many people are actually excellent, but they are less able to speak English because they have no overseas background or an advantage in language skills. In this era of AI, reading and writing can be done many times with AI. But business exchanges, negotiations, and offline communication are still difficult to replace at the moment, which requires that you have a smoother English language of communication. As to how speech skills are developed, the approach of each individual may be different, as language learning also involves a certain difference in talent. But in Cripto, English is really very important. If this is not achieved, many unskilled positions may be directly eliminated during the first round of interviews, while limiting your career development ceiling。

The fourth point is the ability to export and share content. Most people in this business communicate on Twitter. And there's a lot of college students because there's a lot of content output on Twitter, and it's growing into KOL. If you are more capable of doing so, it is also possible to obtain the approval of potential employers through continuous output of content. At the same time, it is a very important ability for many employers to present their accounts, their own media, and some influence and content in your curriculum vitae。

Fifthly, the industry is really encouraging people who dare to take risks. If you're a bolder person willing to take risks, you'd be better suited to the industry. At the same time, however, there is a need to know where their own borders are, whether in terms of compliance or in terms of public opinion。

Part 2: Community hot topic communication

How new people develop heat sensitivity

ETHPanda: We've done some simple research in the community, and we've sorted out some topics of interest to you。

First, is there a better way for a more pure starter or less experienced group to develop sensitivity to hot spots? And how can we further enhance our ability to judge hot spots

Colin: So-called hotspot sensitivity, largely derived from long-term participation and accumulation. I think it's time to start with more practical work. It's like there's a so-called “rule of time”, which means that if you spend more time on something, you're getting to know it more and more。

So I think it would be better if I could get a relevant internship. If you look at this information only when you are free, it may be interrupted by other things and it is difficult to remain in the industry。

As to how to keep the message sharp, I think it might be better to look at some media and focus on some news. There are no fixed habits or methods, but I think the core needs to be more involved。

On the one hand, in addition to what has just been said about finding jobs, there is a more common way to train their own chain addresses and interact with some chain agreements. This would allow, on the one hand, greater familiarity with the industry and, on the other hand, some airdrops. While airdrops as a whole are less than before, there are still opportunities. Now, for example, some people are going to brush BNB Alpha and get hundreds of dollars a month。

I had some friends who were working on how to brush airdrops before I officially went into the industry, and I actually had good returns. I think this is important, and it is difficult to sustain it in the long term if it is simply an interest to remain focused. There is still, to some extent, a need to be driven by some benefits, which would be more dynamic。

This revenue-driven activity comes either from a related job or from chain interactions or airdrops. I think both ways are quite common。

ETHPanda: Well, in a nutshell, you can try to find jobs. Because I saw a small partner working in the media just when I completed the form, he said that this sensitivity had slowly developed because of the work, which often reached many hot spots。

Also, I had a friend who was an intern in another media, probably a junior or a senior. There was an eco-based application called Farcaster, where he was putting together some valuable information and exploring opportunities, as Mr. Colin just said, including some potential profit opportunities. And then he grew up into a little famous KOL。

Of course, I'm going to fold a little, and we're not going to encourage you to make coins, but we're going to say that it can be used as a way to drive your own business and help you develop your sensitivity。

IMPORTANCE OF HOTSPOT ACCESS AND USE OF AI

ETHPanda: A lot of people mention that they have limited access to hotspots in general, basically by focusing on some media, and then looking at what they send. It is therefore not clear what better sources of information are available for faster access to hot spots。

Colin: When I spoke about the ability to enter the industry, I missed a very important ability to use AI。

NOW THERE'S A LOT OF QUESTIONS IN THIS BUSINESS, BUT INSTEAD OF ASKING PEOPLE, ASK AI. MANY TIMES, AI WILL GIVE BETTER AND MORE EFFICIENT ANSWERS. A LOT OF THINGS, INSTEAD OF DOING IT FOR A LONG TIME, AI CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU DO IT FASTER. THIS IS IMPORTANT, BOTH IN TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL POSITIONS。

For example, the “access to hotspot information” that was mentioned earlier, sometimes you ask me more than you ask AI. Because the industry is actually very small, and that's the core information channels. What is the English media, what is the Chinese media, and what is the Twitter (X) of some key figures, such as the accounts of some business bosses, or a blog like Vitalik? You've seen all these channels, and the amount of information is already huge, and you're tired of following them。

I would also like to add that we have just mentioned that we do not encourage people to bid. Because the transaction is now becoming more and more specialized, there are very few people who can really earn money in the long run, often with very strong professional abilities and talent。

And the industry itself is not sufficiently regulated in many ways, and many so-called harvesters actually trade in a less equitable environment. So for students, I really don't recommend a deal. On the one hand, there is a lack of experience and competence, and on the other hand, most students do not have much of their own capital。

But what I have just mentioned is another thing. Because airdrops do not in themselves require costs, more so through time and operation. The student group is actually more time-consuming, so it is relatively appropriate。

So, on the whole, I think two things are better paths for new people: to find a job or an internship, and to participate in airdrops through the chain。

As you do these things, you slowly find out which information channels are useful to you and which are not, and which monitoring tools are useful and which are not. As you continue to use these agreements and engage in these activities, you will naturally form your own system of sources of information。

It doesn't mean much if I tell you right now which channels are most important. Because you may forget in two days. Only when this information is closely linked to your actual interests, your practice, will you truly remain focused and sustained over time。

How to judge hot spots and react quickly

ETHPanda: Many people usually browse information on media platforms or Twitter, but Twitter is very mixed. Sometimes it is difficult to judge whether a message is a real hotspot, and therefore it is not clear whether to react quickly。

Colin: It's actually a little bit like journalism, and it has something to do with the third. For example, there are many companies or project teams whose usual work is to do content around hot spots。

The so-called hotspots are often concentrated on Twitter, whether in English, Twitter or Chinese. First you need to know if it's a hot spot and then react. To be honest, however, this is more difficult, especially for students or people at the internship level。

So it's hard for me to give a very specific, very good way. Perhaps the more realistic way to do that is to use more Twitter, to do more of its own sharing and response, and to slowly develop this feeling through continuous engagement。

AND I'VE SEEN PEOPLE SAY THAT THE INFORMATION ON X IS SO MIXED THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT. HERE'S A LITTLE TRICK. FIRST OF ALL, GO BACK TO THE CORE: THE INFORMATION THAT HELPS YOU IN YOUR WORK OR YOUR ACCESS TO AIRDROPS IS THE ONE THAT DESERVES THE MOST ATTENTION. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CRITERION FOR YOUR USEFULNESS AND EFFECTIVENESS。

Secondly, you can find a couple of people you're very impressed with. For example, if you think someone's views or sharing are helpful to you, whether it's for your work or for your gain, then you can see who he's looking at and then look at. This is actually a more common way of expanding information。

Of course, in the process, you still need to keep screening yourself. What's good for you and what's not, needs to be judged by yourself. It's really hard for me to give a standard answer that applies to all people. That's probably it。

Operational advice sharing

ETHPanda: Many of the students are now doing business-related work, which often involves KPI, such as traffic growth, conversion rates, user viscosity, etc., which is a matter of great interest in the questionnaire. So I'd like to ask Mr. Colin to share: Do you have any more practical advice or little skills on the operation

Colin: This has reached more specific areas. I can make my own suggestions, but not necessarily very professional。

First, are there any methods and small techniques for increasing flows, increasing conversion rates and increasing the viscosity of fans? It depends first and foremost on who is the subject of the increase in flows. Is it the flow of your personal accounts, or is it a project account, or an exchange account? Also, which region do you want to increase the flow, which channel

If the question was too general, it would be difficult to answer. Now, for example, you'll be more interested in the growth of Korean traffic, right? The pattern of growth of South Korean flows is certainly different from that of Chinese flows. For example, the growth patterns of the Qu Chinese-speaking market and the Taiwan and Hong Kong regions are very different。

SO FOR ME, IT'S KIND OF TOO BIG. I DON'T REALLY HAVE A VERY UNIFORM ANSWER. MORE DETAILED AND TARGETED RESEARCH IS NEEDED TO FIND ANSWERS TO EACH SPECIFIC SCENE. AND THE ANSWERS TO THESE STUDIES, SOMETIMES AI WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD REFERENCE。

For example, many exchanges are now more popular for the growth of the flow of small red books. How does the flow of the Little Red Book increase? What's the conversion rate? How do you raise the stickyness of fans? These are really different from the way Twitter plays。

On Twitter, it's often about hot spots, attracting eyes, or getting some big-time referrals. There's actually a little trick in it. For example, you publish some of your own thoughts, and then @ some so-called big guy, Big V, if he wants to help you forward. Because now, in the Crypto circle, Twitter, under a command bar similar to the CA culture, is becoming a platform that really values the Smart follower。

So many people’s business priorities – individuals, businesses, and start-up projects – focus on how to get more attention on core accounts. This could be a more critical point in the current Twitter operation. As to exactly how to get their attention, there are many ways, and everyone has different paths。

How content creation avoids homogenization

ETHPanda: On content creativity. Many people experience this situation: they see a hot spot, but they don't know how to write, or when they write, they worry about being similar to what others write, which is easy to identify. So it is also interesting to know if there are any ways to help stimulate inspiration while avoiding homogenization。

Colin: I personally think it's still the same, because I may be able to speak only from my own perspective. Content creativity is a very general issue. For example, are you a girl or a boy, or are you a video-maker, a podcaster, or just a text-outline; and the text-outputs may be divided into in-depth articles, or a little bit of that stuff on Twitter。

So there are different forms of content, and the ideas and methods that are needed are different. But in general, if you do not have a very in-depth experience, research and reflection on your own, it is difficult to make good content。

Whatever content you do, whatever form it takes, must be based on your own experience, long reflection and research. Without these foundations, it's hard for you to come up and do good things. There is still a need to build on long-term research。

Data indicators and analytical methods for different operators

ETHPanda: What are the data indicators that you normally focus on in your daily work? And what is the way to judge the effects of a content or a plan of activities and to adjust the overall direction or strategy of the operation accordingly

Colin: This depends on what kind of operation you are. In the case of exchanges, project parties or personal accounts, the data methods of concern for the three operations are certainly different。

In the case of an exchange, more attention may be given to retrofitting rates, first trading rates, duplicate trading rates, etc。

In the case of project parties, it may be more important to focus on the number of communities, such as the number of people with whom agreements interact, the volume of transactions with which agreements interact。

In the case of social media accounts, it may be primarily about attention, activity, and the number of core concerns. The indicators that require attention are therefore different in different areas. I guess that's all。

Part 3: Interactive questions

What's the higher ceiling for unskilled jobs

Colin: In fact, I don't think there's a job at the top of the ceiling, but it's the best job. If the skills and qualities required for a post are not really suitable for you, it is difficult for you to do so. So more depends on what you're fit for。

FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU'RE AN EXTREMELY OUTWARD-LOOKING PERSON, WHO'S VERY FAMILIAR, WHO LIKES TO TALK TO AND TALK TO, WHICH IS THE KIND OF "E" PERSON THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO NOW, WHO CAN GET ENERGY FROM COMMUNICATING WITH SOMEONE ELSE, WHO'S REALLY GOOD AT DOING B.D., BUSINESS COMMUNICATION。

BUT IF, ON THE OTHER HAND, YOU'RE A VERY INTROVERTED PERSON, THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE CALLS "I," AND YOU'RE JUST TIRED OF TALKING TO PEOPLE, AND YOU'RE NOT REALLY GOOD AT BEING A BD。

In this case, you might be better placed to do some backstage work, like running or content orientation. But they're actually good, and if you can do it very well, you can also be a very good Web3 practitioner。

In general, however, the outward personality may indeed have some advantages in this industry, given income and development prospects. This may be more important because many unskilled jobs need to connect resources and communicate with many people。

WHAT DO STUDENTS DO WITHOUT RESOURCES, BD

Colin: First of all, there's a premise that you need to be in a position first. Because the nature of the BD is a resource interface, and it's unlikely that a person with no identity at all or a platform would suddenly do the BD。

ALL BD COOPERATION NEEDS TO BE OF ASSISTANCE TO BOTH SIDES. IF IT'S JUST HELPING YOURSELF AND IT'S WORTHLESS TO EACH OTHER, YOU GO TO THE B.D. AND THE OTHERS PROBABLY WON'T TALK TO YOU。

So the more important thing is to find a convergence of interests. You have to think more from the perspective of the other side: what good does this have for the other side。

Instead of thinking about what they can do to help you。

THIS WAY OF THINKING IS REALLY IMPORTANT. IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME LOGIC WHETHER IT'S A BD OR A PARTNERSHIP。

In addition, there can be more involvement in off-line activities, more interaction with people in the industry and more opportunities for mutual assistance and synergy between different projects and projects, between companies and companies, or between individuals and individuals。

FINDING THIS POINT OF CONTACT IS ACTUALLY THE KEY TO DOING THE BD。

How do you make yourself better when you compete

Colin: If you're talking about going on X Twitter, how can you get more attention than anyone else。

For example, you may have done better in terms of content; you may have done better in terms of “work”. Like Liang Hee, if you can fix it or do something very attractive, it's easy to get attention. Even people who are hotter now, like the "mmm-hmm" kind, will be the focus of attention。

But, to be realistic, many things are indeed accidental and not necessarily replicable。

Cases such as "cool" or "mmm" are not really easy to replicate. If you want to find a path that is more replicable, you may still need to choose a more conservative approach。

For example, to deepen their thinking on a continuous basis and to export something that helps others. It also seeks the attention of some of the more influential people in the industry。

it's important, as i mentioned, whether there's some sort of "title" follower, or inner follower looking at you。

How can research focus and balance knowledge learning with continuous content output when doing Web3 content creation

Colin: As I just said, if you're doing this on your own, it's easy to get into a situation where you have no clear objectives. So my suggestion is, in fact, to find a job or to do something more profitable。

If you're just doing content creation blindly, it's easy to lose your sense of direction. But if you have a job on your side, even in the money ring, a lot of people work two or three jobs at a time, or three or four jobs – as long as you can. And then, on that basis, it would be a better situation to do some of its own media content at the same time。

It is true that there is sometimes a stronger sense of purposelessness when content creation is done alone. Doing it would seem like there is no single goal。

Of course, it would be nice if you could make a lot of traffic and have a steady source of income. After all, in this capitalist society, income itself is a very clear sense of direction. Without such clearer returns or targets, many things would be difficult to sustain in the long term。

Is there any development prospects for research in the Cripto field, and will its value be replaced by media, Twitter, and AI

Colin: It's important to study this thing together. Because investment in itself is primarily a guide for transactions. So for some people with little experience, it's less important simply to look at these studies。

If you want to take this route, there's actually a little bit of an awkward thing you have to do. You might want to make more deals yourself, and then think about how to combine investment and trade. The transaction itself is complex, for example, in a variety of ways: spot, futures, options, etc. It would be a little problematic to simply do nothing and just read these reports every day。

HOW DO YOU VIEW AI GENERATION CONTENT AND IMPROVE ITS USER ACCEPTANCE

Colin: I think AI is more of a tool now. If AI is allowed to generate content directly, but you don't have a very clear handle on the direction of the content or the main line, what it produces actually seems a little strange. And there may not be much reading。

SO I FEEL THAT THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH AI BEING ABLE TO COMPLETELY REPLACE HUMAN CREATORS IN THE FIELD OF CONTENT. A MORE RATIONAL WAY TO USE IT AS A TOOL。

Is there an age threshold in the Web3 industry

Colin: It's actually a little awkward. Because in this industry, it's like the whole thing is more young. People think that young people feel a little stronger and more aggressive about Web3。

BUT SPECIFICALLY OVER AGE HR WOULDN'T THINK ABOUT IT, BUT I'M NOT SURE, BECAUSE I'M NOT HR MYSELF. HOWEVER, IN TERMS OF OVERALL TRENDS, IT IS TRUE THAT THE INDUSTRY IS RELATIVELY MORE FAVOURABLE TO YOUNGER PEOPLE。

Web2 course designer transition. Web3, where do we get in

Colin: I think there are some educational projects that are already under way. There were some good things before, like some Web3 education projects。

They're not exactly the same direction. Some teach technical or code-related courses; others teach how to get involved in airdrops when airdrops are hotter; others offer trade-related courses or help build basic awareness. Overall, that's probably the direction。

How can the new projecter's Twitter account be cold-started and what are the effective methods or techniques

Colin: I think it's really important to start with the resources around us. For example, investors, team members, or some acquaintances in the project itself can focus on your account. They could also be asked to forward it after the initial publication. It's more important to have some of the more core accounts, or the big V in the industry helping with the transfer。

In addition, for ordinary users (broadcasts), activities can be used to attract attention. Now, for example, a lot of projects are going to be active in Discord or other communities, like watching Twitter get a credit for future points。

How do we distinguish between the currency rings and the living accounts in the little red book? How much personal data do you need

Colin: I don't really know that much. It is, however, a more realistic issue that currency circles are more easily sealed on domestic platforms。

I am not particularly clear as to the extent to which personal data is required, as there are situations where specific platforms or school policies need to be seen。

ETHPanda: Yes, this type of situation may still depend on the policies of the school or institution itself. I remember a lot of times going through the approval process。

What is the perception of media outlets making real-world deals and making better returns

Colin: They're actually actually doing a press deal. News transactions are now more popular。

This approach is not exactly the same as the traditional media. Because media like ours, in fact, are the opposite – in traditional journalism, no short-term deals can be made. As for their model, I did not study it particularly carefully, so I was not quite sure what their real situation was。

Previously, there had been frequent news on the Internet, such as that they had made a lot of money, that they had lost money, etc. So I'm not sure if they're going to reveal one account or another。

I understand the way they do news transactions, which may be a bit like high frequency transactions. In other words, when information is obtained very quickly, the billing is made quickly through robots or programs。

There have been reports of similar practices. But I am not a professional trader myself, so it is not easy to assess whether or not this approach works or how successful it is in the long term。
